Service Turnaround Time


  • ⏱ Standard Services: Most glove services are completed within 5–7 days (often sooner, depending on shop volume).
  • 🔧 Major Repairs/Rebuilds: Allow up to 4-5 weeks, depending on scope of work and materials required.
  • 📦 Order Processing: Gloves are serviced in the order they arrive, and we always do our best to get them back to you as quickly as possible.ASAP


We are proudly based in Aberdeen, Washington — about 40 minutes southwest of Olympia.


Aberdeen has a rich history, once known as the Lumber Capital of the World, and it’s also the hometown of Nirvana. As you roll into town, you’ll be greeted by the famous “Come As You Are” sign — a reminder of the city’s roots in music and culture.


From our shop here in Aberdeen, we serve players nationwide, receiving and shipping gloves across the country every week.


After You Place Your Order


  • 📧 Confirmation Email: You’ll receive an email with next steps and our shipping address for sending your glove.
  • 🛠 Repairs: If your glove requires additional repairs, Ken will reach out to discuss options and provide a cost estimate.
  • 📱 Arrival Notification: Once your glove arrives at our shop, we’ll notify you by email or text.


Repair Invoices & Shipping Information


🔧 Repair Invoices

  • If your glove requires repairs, you’ll receive a separate invoice from KTMK Glove Relace after the work is complete.
  • Repairs must be paid in full before your glove is shipped back.
  • No additional shipping will be added to the repair invoice — return shipping is already included in your original relace order.

💳 Payments

  • We accept all major forms of payment.
  • Our secure payment processing systems keep both your information and ours safe.
  • Apple Pay Users: Please make sure your current address is correct — gloves will be shipped to the address on your order.

📦 Shipping

  • We ship using USPS Priority or Ground, depending on your destination.
  • Customers may use any carrier to send gloves to us, but USPS and UPS typically offer the best ground rates.


Local Pickup Option


Yes — if you’re local to the Aberdeen, Washington area, you can drop off and pick up your glove in person.


How It Works


  • At checkout, select Local Pickup.
  • Return shipping will be waived and removed from your order.
  • 📱 Please call or text to schedule your drop-off and pickup time.


What Does KTMK Mean?


We get this question a lot, so here’s the story.


When I set out to name the business, I wanted something original — but also something that let people know what we do. My family and I tossed around endless ideas, but nothing felt quite right… until I realized the answer was right in front of me: family.


That’s how KTMK Glove Relace & Leather Studio was born.


The name KTMK comes from the first initials of myself, my wife, and our two daughters.

So when you see KTMK, it doesn’t just represent a business — it represents my family, our passion, and our commitment to helping players get the very best out of their gloves.


KTMK Gloves Return Policy


At KTMK Gloves, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our gloves and relacing services. Your satisfaction is very important to us.


Returns (Gloves & Accessories)


  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags/packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Custom gloves or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

Relacing & Repair Services


  • Since each glove relace/repair is done to order, all service sales are final. If you feel there was a mistake in workmanship, please contact us and we will make it right.

Refunds


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return


  1. Email us at ken@ktmkgloverelace.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and return shipping details.
  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
