Frequently Asked Questions about Our Glove Service

Our turnaround time for most services is 5-7 days or sooner depending on volume in the shop. Major repairs or rebuilds could take up to 3 weeks depending on scope of work and materials needed. We process gloves in the order they arrive and do our best to get them back out ASAP

We are located in Aberdeen Washington. We are about 40 minutes southwest of Olympia Washington. Back in the day Aberdeen was known to be the lumber capital of the world and is also the hometown of Nirvana. There is a sign that reads Come As You Are as you roll into town. We receive gloves nation wide  

You will receive two emails (check spam folder) The second email is manual from Ken.  We will send you our mailing address to send your glove along with next steps in the process. If you’re having repairs done, Ken will discuss those with you and provide a cost estimate. After we receive your glove we will email or text you it has arrived 

If your having any repairs done you will receive a separate invoice from KTMK Glove Relace and Leather Studio after work is complete. Your glove will not be shipped until payment for the repairs are receive. No shipping will be added to the repair invoice. You have already paid return shipping when you purchased your relace.

We accept all major forms of payment. We use secure payment processing systems to make sure yours and ours information is safe.

We use USPS for our shipping. You can use what ever carrier that is convenient for you. USPS and UPS tend to have the best ground rates. We have established a flat rate that keeps cost down for you while covering our costs. We will ship priority or ground depending on shipping destination.

We have been asked this question a lot lately so we thought we would answer it here. When I was thinking of names, I wanted to be original but wanted people to know what services were provided also. Working with my family with ideas, we came up with everything you can imaginable. Then it hit me, family. My family, that when KTMK Glove Relace and Leather Studio was born. KTMK are the first initial of first names of myself, my wife and two  daughters. So there you go, it’s represents my family.
